Job summary

Mozilla Foundation is seeking an experienced Salesforce architect to lead the architecture and hands-on development of its Salesforce platform. You will establish scalable data models, security, and integrations while driving environment strategy and deployment pipelines.

The role requires deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools, plus experience integrating with NetSuite and BigQuery. Collaboration with Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance, Legal, and Security is essential.

Qualifications

Eight+ years in Salesforce engineering, administration, or architecture.
Experience leading or playing a major technical role in complex Salesforce implementations.
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce declarative capabilities (Flow, validation rules, etc.).
Hands-on ability to read, write, test, and review Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience designing Salesforce data and security models for multiple business units.
Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms through REST or SOAP APIs.
Experience building AI assistants, agents, or MCP integrations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience connecting Salesforce with BigQuery or enterprise data platforms
Experience with Workato, Celigo, MuleSoft, or comparable integration platforms
Experience supporting CPQ, subscription renewals, or contract-lifecycle workflows
Experience operating Salesforce in an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 controlled environment
