ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer – Applied AI and Salesforce to own the Salesforce platform architecture, CPQ, and billing evolution.

You will drive AI-enabled solutions, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and GTM Systems, and lead from discovery to production deployment. You will design scalable integrations, apply LLM-based approaches, and ensure secure, observable deployments while mentoring engineers and shaping engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce development and integration experience.
• Proven ability to design scalable AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD and production-grade deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and evolution of Salesforce platform, focusing on CPQ and Billing.
• Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical design, code reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Develop AI solutions using Python, Azure, LLMs, and APIs.
• Integrate AI capabilities into Salesforce and GTM ecosystem.
• Evaluate security, privacy, and responsible-AI controls.
• Collaborate with leaders across Sales, RevOps, and Engineering.
