Northside Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift (7p-7a) to provide expert nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. The role requires GA RN licensure and current BLS certification.

Preferred candidates hold a BSN with 2+ years' RN experience and may have ACLS/PALS/NRP or other specialty certifications. Weekend rotation is required, and on-call is not requested.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an RN in Georgia in good standing.
• Current BLS certification per American Heart Association.
• Preferred: BSN and 2+ years of RN experience; ACLS/PALS/NRP or other certifications.

Responsabilités

• Independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients per physician orders and guidelines.
• Complies with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act scope of practice.

Responsibilities

The Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

PREFERRED:

• BSN Degree
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

7p-7a
