Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD seeks an RF Engineer to join the AESA Subsystem & Product Leadership team, on-site. Be part of computational electromagnetics, RF antenna modeling, and hardware integration across full life-cycle programs.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain SAP), U.S. citizenship, and experience with RF subsystems, HFSS/CST/GRASP tools, and programming in MATLAB or Python. Relocation assistance may be available and a discretionary bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and DoD Secret Clearance required or ability to obtain SAP.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with RF subsystems and EM simulation tools.
• Strong programming skills in MATLAB or Python.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to RF subsystem design, analysis and testing across lifecycle.
• Develop and validate antenna models and EM analyses.
• Collaborate with IPTs across engineering disciplines and supply chain.
• Lead tasks, prioritize milestones, and mentor junior staff.
• Engage with suppliers and drive risk reduction activities.
