Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field; or Master's with 10 years' experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain SAP prior to start.
• Experience in RF subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of AESA Subsystem & Product Leadership, Installed Performance section.
• Design, prototyping, testing and production support of state-of-the-art systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IPT teams across engineering disciplines.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet milestones within schedule and budget.
• Engage suppliers and support risk reduction activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced personnel.
