Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an RF Engineer in Linthicum, MD, for a 100% on-site role. You will contribute to AESA subsystem and product leadership, focusing on RF modeling, testing, and integrated product team collaboration.

Requirements include a DoD Secret clearance, experience with RF subsystems, and familiarity with computational electromagnetics tools. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields; or a Master’s degree and 10 years’ experience.
• U.S Citizenship; A current/active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) prior to start.
• Experience in RF subsystems and familiarity with HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, GRASP, FEKO, SENTRi, or other computational electromagnetics software tools.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of AESA Subsystem & Product Leadership department, Installed Performance section.
• Design, prototyping, testing, and production support of state-of-the-art RF systems.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) and communicate with peers in adjacent functions.
