Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead quality initiatives with no direct reports.
• Experience with SRE, observability, and reliability across complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality metrics and governance across the software lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering leads to shift-left testing and monitoring strategies.
• Architect feedback loops and post-mortems to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across Dev, Ops, and Product to align quality with customer outcomes.
