Bestow is seeking a Staff Quality Engineer to embed with the Innovation Lab and scale testing across Engineering. You will model product risks, define testing strategies, and communicate clear risk narratives to enable informed release decisions.

Collaborating with product, labs, and platform engineers, you’ll build AI-assisted tooling, improve observability, mentor teams, and steer release readiness through structured testing. Remote-friendly US location options offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated software testing experience at senior levels.
• Ability to articulate risk-based testing and defect advocacy.
• Experience coaching teams and building testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Labs/R&D to model product risks before coding.
• Design time-boxed testing sessions and debrief learnings.
• Develop tests and AI-assisted tooling to improve coverage and observability.
