Job summary

ClassLink is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer Lead to drive AI-powered testing and quality engineering across multiple product areas. You will shape quality strategy, establish modern automation frameworks, and partner with Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Leadership to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

This role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is 100% remote eligible with quarterly in-person strategy meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering, software engineering, or technology organizations.
• 5+ years of experience leading Quality Engineering teams, technical leaders, or multiple engineering initiatives.
• Demonstrated success developing quality engineering strategy, organizational standards, and enterprise automation practices.
• Deep expertise in AI-assisted testing, automation architecture, quality metrics, governance, and software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled quality engineering across multiple product areas.
• Define and execute quality engineering strategies for reliable, scalable software delivery.
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies addressing risks, architecture, and release readiness.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Infra, and Engineering Leadership to embed quality in the lifecycle.
