This role connects engineering teams, program priorities, and business requirements to keep work moving. You will drive risk resolution, manage budgets, and communicate with DoD stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience driving projects with multiple teams delivering technical solutions.
• Experience using Jira or similar work-tracking tools and creating queries.
• Experience coordinating schedules and managing competing priorities.
• Experience supporting project financials (budgets, cost estimates, tracking).
• Experience reviewing docs against requirements and standards.
• Experience managing risk across portfolios.
• Ability to present information to senior leaders (Director/VP).
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, organization, integration, and completion of projects.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and priorities.
• Drive risk and issue resolution across projects.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to tackle top work in flight.
• Serve as communication channel with DoD customers.
• Review designs for compliance with standards and requirements.
• Own and drive project financial activities (budgets, costs).
• Report status and priorities to stakeholders.
