Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Project Engineer to support Advanced Development Programs (ADP). You will coordinate across engineering teams, ensure program requirements are met, and drive project development and process improvements.

Responsibilities include owning day‑to‑day execution, identifying risks and opportunities, and briefing leadership on project performance. Travel to government sites will be required to oversee surveys and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM.
• Prior technical project leadership experience.
• Experience developing and managing project/program schedules (MS Project/Open Plan).
• Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams.
• Experience working with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day engineering execution for assigned programs, ensuring performance, cost, and schedule targets are met.
• Identify issues, risks, and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies to proactively manage technical challenges.
• Brief Leadership on projects and contract performance status.
• Travel to government sites to oversee site surveys and customer interactions.
