Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct development of competitive proposals, managing schedule, technical content and cost strategy.
• Coordinate with SMEs, senior management and customer to synchronize deliverables and ensure compliance.
