Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and act as a liaison between project management and planning, project teams, and line management.

You will review project status, budgets, and schedules, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals, while implementing monitoring mechanisms and problem solving with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Production, Engineering/Development, Capital and/or Transition to Production programs.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and gain credibility across the shop floor and offices including with executive leadership, customers and regulating authorities.
• Track record of establishing lasting internal and external relationships with peers, customer and partners.
• Proven success working in cross-functional teams in technical, scheduling and cost performance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstated risk and opportunity managment skills.
• Willing and able to support travel.
• Ability to obtrain DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities
