Sitting at the intersection of operations, product, and technology, you will diagnose gaps, prototype tools, and drive end-to-end initiatives using SQL, Python, and BI platforms.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations strategy.
• Extremely strong technical skillset: SQL (expert), Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI), and Python or R.
• Proven record of designing scalable processes/products with measurable impact.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to connect execution to long-term vision.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Future of Fulfillment by designing processes, products, and tools for the next-gen network.
• Build, not just manage: end-to-end ownership from diagnosing problems to implementing solutions.
• Leverage data to identify bottlenecks, quantify opportunities, and drive cost savings.
• Be a cross-functional force multiplier with engineering, product, operations, finance, and commercial teams.
• Standardize the network with SOPs, KPIs, and governance to ensure consistent execution.
• Drive strategic initiatives at scale, including automation, robotics, and international expansion.
