Flexport is building the future of global fulfillment, and we’re seeking a Staff Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives to shape our Fulfillment network at scale in Bellevue, WA. You’ll own end-to-end initiatives, design processes, prototype tools, and codify operating models that align across operations, product, and tech.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations strategy.
• Extremely strong technical skillset: SQL, Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and Python or R for modeling.
• Proven record of designing and implementing scalable processes/products with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and codify processes, products, and tools for Flexport Fulfillment's next-generation network.
• Own initiatives end-to-end from diagnosing problems to implementation.
• Develop tooling, dashboards, and models using SQL, Python, and BI platforms.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, finance, and commercial teams to scale solutions.
• Establish SOPs, KPIs, and governance across sites.
• Lead multi-year roadmaps in partnership with senior leadership.
