Job summary

Reddit is seeking a strategic architect and operations lead for its central data labeling function. You will engage with product and technical teams to determine requirements and execute via centralized operations.

You will own and scale the incoming request process across Consumer Products and Ads, drive 0-to-1 operations with LLM-assisted labeling workflows, and standardize taxonomy guidelines for multi-quarter projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data operations, program management, or vendor operations with focus on data labeling.
• Ability to align Product and Engineering leadership and enforce structured prioritization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for analyzing quality metrics and pipeline throughput.
