Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Operations Program Manager (IC5) to lead the central data labeling function.

You will translate complex product needs into scalable labeling directives for vendor teams and partner with cross-functional leaders to shape the future of automated, LLM-based labeling. You will own the operational roadmap, standardize intake models, and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Vendor teams to optimize delivery and throughput, while ensuring alignment with business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data operations, program management, or vendor operations with a heavy focus on data labeling, model training data, or taxonomy infrastructure.
• Stakeholder management & leadership demonstrated ability to align Product and Engineering leadership and enforce structured prioritization.
• Translation & taxonomy mastery in labeling instructions and taxonomy schemas.
• LLM & automation integration experience to augment vendor workflows.
• Operational collaboration with internal Vendor Operations/Managers.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the incoming request process across Consumer and Ads with robust delivery frameworks.
• Design and execute the operational roadmap to integrate LLM-assisted labeling workflows.
• Standardize taxonomy guidelines and support complex labeling projects across product experiments and safety systems.
• Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Ops Leaders to align labeling with business objectives.
• Work with Vendor Manager to hand off guidelines and resolve edge cases; establish feedback loops.
• Build centralized intake models, SLA frameworks, QA practices, and throughput metrics across labeling domains.
