Reddit is seeking a Staff Operations Program Manager to lead the central data labeling function and scale LLM-assisted workflows. Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in data operations, program management, or vendor operations with a heavy focus on data labeling, model training data, or taxonomy infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to align Product and Engineering leadership and enforce structured prioritization.
• Translation & taxonomy mastery: translate vague product requirements into detailed labeling instructions, edge-case trees, and taxonomy schemas.
• LLM & automation integration: experience leveraging LLMs or automation to augment vendor annotation workflows and scale capacity.

Aufgaben

• Own and scale the incoming request process across Consumer and Ads.
• Design and execute the operational roadmap to integrate LLM-assisted labeling workflows to augment human vendors and multiply throughput.
• Standardize taxonomy definition guidelines and operationalize complex labeling projects.
• Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Ops Leaders to align labeling capabilities with business objectives.
• Develop centralized request intake models, SLA frameworks, quality assurance practices, and throughput metrics.
