Reddit is seeking a Staff Operations Program Manager (IC5) to lead our central data labeling function and translate complex product needs into scalable labeling directives for vendor teams.

You will partner with product and engineering teams to scale delivery, develop taxonomy frameworks, and drive the future of LLM-assisted labeling across ads and consumer products. This remote-friendly role reports to senior operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data operations, program management, or vendor operations with data labeling focus.
• Stakeholder management & leadership experience.
• Translate vague product requirements into detailed labeling instructions and taxonomy schemas.
• Experience with LLMs, synthetic data generation, or automated tooling.
• Collaborate with Vendor Operations/Managers to translate project requirements into guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic intake & expectation management: scale requests across Consumer and Ads, ensure robust delivery frameworks.
• 0-to-1 operations & LLM scaling: own roadmap to integrate LLM-assisted labeling with vendors.
• Taxonomy & experimentation architecture: standardize taxonomy and multi-quarter projects.
• Cross-functional alignment with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Ops Leaders.
• Guideline & operational calibration with Vendor Manager to ensure task performance aligns with product expectations.
• Framework development: centralized intake models, SLA frameworks, QA, and throughput metrics.
