Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex programs or enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Experience delivering IT service delivery functions and executive reporting.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic Digital Workplace programs.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and communications across workstreams.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Drive AI-enabled services, automation, and employee experience improvements.
• Partner with internal customers and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
• Support change management, adoption, and communication efforts.
