Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Staff Program Manager for the Digital Workplace to lead transformation programs that enhance technology service delivery and employee experiences.

You will drive AI-enabled services, automation, and operational modernization across cross-functional teams, delivering measurable business outcomes and executive dashboards with clear governance. Eligible candidates have 8+ years of program management experience and a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex programs.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs.
• Experience delivering initiatives in global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience supporting IT service delivery functions.
• Experience creating executive communications and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic Digital Workplace transformation programs.
• Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and communications across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps and executive-level reporting to show health and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Service Desk, Enterprise Systems Management, Field Services, and Digital Employee Experience.
• Drive AI-enabled services, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Partner with internal customers and leadership to ensure successful program delivery.
• Support change management and adoption efforts to maximize business value.
