Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of experience in program management, business operations and strategy execution at senior leadership level.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building automated dashboards and reporting, interpreting data and translating findings into recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Tableau, SQL, Python, Copilot or similar tools.
• Experience in workforce planning and preparing executive communications, presentations and business summaries.
• Proven track record transforming initiatives across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pivotal strategic initiatives with ME Director and leadership to meet site objectives.
• Align collaborators across organizations and drive consensus toward common goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs, enable decision making, remove barriers, and drive accountability.
• Support labor efficiency programs, including roadmap development, tracking, and executive reporting.
• Develop dashboards, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks to monitor health and performance.
• Create automated reporting systems and BI tools to drive insights and efficiencies.
• Drive AI adoption and workflow transformation to boost efficiency and processes.
