Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex programs or enterprise transformations.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience supporting IT service delivery functions (Service Desk, Enterprise Systems Management, Field Services, Digital Employee Experience).
• Experience creating executive communications, dashboards, and business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance and delivery of strategic Digital Workplace transformation programs and initiatives.
• Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and communications across multiple workstreams and collaborator groups.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, achievements, success metrics, and executive-level reporting to provide transparency into program health and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Service Desk, Enterprise Systems Management, Field Services, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), and related technology functions to achieve strategic objectives.
• Drive initiatives focused on AI-enabled services, automation, operational efficiency improvements, and enhanced employee technology experiences.
• Partner with internal customers, leadership teams, and strategic suppliers to ensure successful program delivery and alignment with business priorities.
• Support change management, adoption, and communication efforts to improve organizational impact and user adoption.
