Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years experience leading complex programs, projects, or operational initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• 5 years experience developing governance frameworks, performance metrics, reporting processes, and business recommendations.
• Strong project management, risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SharePoint for process documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related experience/degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce development programs and projects, including strategy development, governance, roadmap planning, and performance management.
• Establish scalable business processes, operational standards, and best known methods that drive consistency, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
• Coordinate BTC operations, resource planning, partner engagement, and facility-related workforce development activities.
• Develop executive-level communications, dashboards, and analytics that provide insight into program performance, risks, milestones, and business outcomes.
• Leverage AI and automation solutions to improve reporting, operational efficiency, project transparency, and decision support.
