You’ll lead AI-driven improvements, build dashboards with Sigma, Looker, and Jira, and partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Business Systems to ship high-quality, scalable product launches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience across Product, Engineering, SalesOps, Finance, and GTM teams.
• 3+ years of direct experience in pricing operations, SKU management, and business system implementations (CPQ, Salesforce, ERPs).
• AI Transformation Mindset with practical experience leveraging AI tools to optimize operations.
• NPI & Alliances Expertise in B2B SaaS release cycles and joint executions with tech partners/cloud providers.
• Data & Tooling Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Sigma and Looker.
• Execution & Ownership with bias for action in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Own NPI & Product Operations processes from launch intake to post-launch review.
• Define critical paths, run release gates, track risks and dependencies.
• Drive pricing/SKU rollout pipelines and entitlement logic with cross-functional teams.
• Align technical alliances and commercialization with cloud providers and OEMs.
• Lead governance across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and Support.
• Re-engineer program management with AI-driven insights to boost speed and quality.
• Establish dashboards and KPIs to monitor release velocity and operational efficiency.
