Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Senior Program Manager for New Product Introduction to lead complex, enterprise software introductions from concept to post-launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, and Customer Success to deliver predictable, high-impact launches.

The role requires strong business judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to communicate strategy and risks to executives while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive program or project management experience delivering complex software.
• Experience leading enterprise software launches or major product releases.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Quality and Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, and Customer Success.
• Experience delivering SaaS products in a regulated environment.
• Professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end NPI program leadership and execution from concept through post-launch stabilization.
• Translate strategy into executable program plans with integrated master schedules.
• Coordinate multiple releases within a product strategy and manage risks and decisions.
• Align launch activities with product, marketing, and sales for successful market introduction.
• Lead AI-enabled planning, analytics, and decision-support to improve delivery readiness.
• Communicate progress and risks to senior leadership with data-driven updates.
