Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or NPI (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred).
• Curiosity and demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to improve workflows and problem-solving.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with clear updates to stakeholders.
• Exceptional communicator able to align stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate multiple product development and launch programs for timely delivery.
• Serve as central liaison for cross-functional alignment and risk resolution.
• Provide consistent updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on milestones.
• Optimize operational processes to improve collaboration, scalability, and impact.
• Foster a culture of iterative improvement by feeding feedback into processes.
