Confluent is seeking a strategic Staff Product Marketing Manager, Solutions GTM to lead the marketing for the stream processing portfolio in the U.S. This role focuses on crafting messaging, enablement, and launch programs for Confluent Cloud and Platform, collaborating with product, sales, and field teams to drive awareness and revenue.

You will guide demand generation, identify market opportunities, and position real-time data processing as a core strength of Confluent's Data Streaming

Qualificações

• 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience in a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software company, with a focus on data infrastructure, analytics, or cloud-native platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing go-to-market strategies for technical products.
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results focused on product adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Craft positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Confluent's stream processing portfolio.
• Define and execute product launches and ongoing demand generation campaigns.
• Partner with product management to inform roadmap decisions and prioritize features.
• Identify product market fit with sales and customer success for high-value accounts.
• Create high-quality marketing assets and train sales on differentiators.
• Represent Confluent at conferences, events, and webinars as a subject matter expert.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
