Job summary

Confluent is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to accelerate demand, pipeline, and revenue in the Digital Native Segment. You will translate the Data Streaming Platform into differentiated value and activate it across the GTM organization.

The role requires strong storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to drive revenue and market impact. You will work with sales, marketing, and product to scale repeatable motions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years working, marketing, or selling in the data/analytics space.
• Ability to communicate business and technical impact across buying committees.
• Motivate sellers and partner with global marketing teams to deliver narratives.

Responsibilities

• Architect narratives: define the segment, use cases, verticals, and craft messaging for sophisticated buyers.
• Discover winning plays: deconstruct deals to build repeatable success foundations.
• Drive the playbook: create collateral such as pitch decks, battle cards, guides, webinars, and more.
• Accelerate execution: test plays with sales and marketing and scale to global motions.
