Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Staff Product Manager to define the long-term experimentation strategy for its streaming ecosystem.

You will own the roadmap for the experimentation platform and partner with product, engineering, and data science to unlock high-quality decision-making at scale. You will enable hundreds of PMs and engineers to design high-quality tests, interpret results confidently, and optimize experiences reaching tens of millions of viewers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of experimentation, optimization, or data-driven platforms.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, metric design, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with analytics and data science teams to build or evolve automated analysis capabilities.
• Strong technical fluency — able to engage with engineering on data pipelines, systems, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year strategy for experimentation, optimization, and insights across the streaming portfolio.
• Own the roadmap for the experimentation platform, including setup workflows, guardrails, analytics, and multivariate testing.
• Drive platform improvements to reduce friction, increase reliability, and scale with product complexity.
• Expand coverage to new surfaces, journeys, international markets, and emerging experiences.
• Establish company-wide standards for A/B testing methodology and communication.
• Create mechanisms (reviews, playbooks, gates) to ensure experimentation rigor.
• Provide leadership and guidance when results are inconclusive or conflicting.
• Partner with teams to design high-quality tests and ensure strong measurement practices.
• Support teams facing challenges in experiment execution, evaluation, or integration with platform services.
• Define how experimentation integrates with broader roadmaps and build tooling for independent testing.
