Job summary

FanDuel Group is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Experimentation to own the product roadmap for our experimentation capabilities. You will shape how marketing learns and innovates, partnering with MarTech, Data, Analytics, and Engineering teams to enable fast, rigorous tests.

You will translate vision into actionable plans, write PRDs, and lead from within the experimentation organisation to scale capabilities and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in product management or strategy for platform/infrastructure
• Experience building roadmaps for experimentation platforms with data infrastructure
• Strong quantitative fluency in metrics and statistics
• Business acumen to build compelling cases and manage stakeholders
• Ability to influence across senior leadership and cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Define and own the experimentation product roadmap and guardrails
• Lead rapid, high-velocity test workflows and reinforcement learning initiatives
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to define data requirements and infrastructure
• Write PRDs, conduct structured discovery, and deliver iteratively
• Align stakeholders on priorities, feasibility, and resourcing with leadership
• Partner with Martech and Analytics teams to integrate experimentation into platform strategy
• Represent experimentation in platform architecture and roadmap discussions
