You will define the long-term strategy for experimentation, own the roadmap for the experimentation platform, and partner with product, engineering, and data science to enable high-quality decision-making at scale. Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with experimentation or data-driven platforms.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, statistics, metrics, and frameworks.
• Collaboration with analytics and data science for automated analyses.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss data pipelines and platform architecture.
• Proven cross-functional program leadership and executive influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS / Data Science / Engineering (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year experimentation and optimization strategy.
• Own the roadmap for the experimentation platform and key features.
• Drive platform improvements to reduce friction and scale with product complexity.
• Expand coverage to new surfaces, journeys, and international markets.
• Establish standards for A/B testing, analysis, and results communication.
• Mentor PMs and engineers; guide tests with ambiguous outcomes.
• Collaborate with data science to improve automated analysis pipelines.
