You will work with software engineers and data scientists to quantify customer problems, run A/B tests, and shape roadmaps that improve engagement, retention, and relevance for tens of millions of streaming customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in ML-driven products or content discovery systems.
• Proven track record shipping consumer-facing personalization at scale.
• Strong technical fluency with ranking models, data pipelines, AI/ML evaluation.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and product experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end product strategy for ML-powered personalization and discovery.
• Lead roadmap development for personalization systems across engineering, data science, UX, and content teams.
• Evolve user experiences via experimentation and behavioral data analysis.
• Orchestrate ranking systems and data flows affecting product surfaces.
• Partner with executives and engineering leads to align roadmaps and outcomes.
