Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with ML-driven content discovery.
• Proven track record shipping personalization at scale.
• Strong technical fluency with ranking models, data pipelines, AI/ML evaluation.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
• Systems thinker connecting algorithm performance to business outcomes.
• Excellent communicator to executives and engineers.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments; Jira/Confluence familiarity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/DS/Engineering (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end product strategy for ML-powered personalization and discovery.
• Drive roadmap for personalization systems with engineering, data science, UX, content teams.
• Evolve the user experience using experimentation and user research.
• Orchestrate systems thinking across ranking systems and data flows.
• Lead stakeholder collaboration with executives and content strategists.
• Benchmark trends to inform roadmap priorities.
• Measure KPIs like engagement and relevance and drive iterations.
• Launch and iterate go-to-market for personalization features.
