Warner Bros. Discovery's Labs is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define the long-term experimentation strategy and own the roadmap for the experimentation platform across the streaming ecosystem.

You will enable hundreds of PMs and engineers across teams to run experiments with minimal friction, interpret results confidently, and optimize product experiences that reach millions of viewers. Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management with experimentation, optimization, or data-driven platforms.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and metric design.
• Experience collaborating with analytics and data science teams on automated analysis capabilities.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with engineering on data pipelines and platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year strategy for experimentation, optimization, and insights across the streaming portfolio.
• Own the roadmap for the experimentation platform, prioritizing setup workflows, guardrail metrics, automated analytics, and multivariate testing.
• Drive platform improvements to reduce friction, increase reliability, and scale with product complexity.
• Expand experimentation coverage across product surfaces, customer journeys, international markets, and emerging experiences.
• Establish standards for A/B testing methodology, analysis, and communication across the organization.
• Define mechanisms (review forums, playbooks, quality gates) to ensure experimentation rigor.
• Provide thought leadership and hands-on guidance when tests yield ambiguous or conflicting results.
• Partner with teams to design high-quality tests and ensure strong measurement practices.
• Support teams facing challenges in experiment execution, evaluation, or integration with platform services.
• Define how experimentation integrates with broader product, data, and platform roadmaps.
• Build tooling that empowers teams to run, interpret, and act on experiments independently.
• Collaborate with data science to improve automated analysis pipelines, metric consistency, and test validity.
• Influence senior leaders and partner teams on how to use experimentation to prioritize initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Drive alignment on experimentation strategy, frameworks, and KPI definitions.
• Mentor PMs and engineers to raise the maturity of experimentation and product thinking across WBD.
