Stripe is seeking a Staff Product Manager to set the strategy and lead execution for Strategic Apps. You will own a portfolio of integrations with systems like Salesforce, guiding investment based on user needs, Stripe priorities, and market signals.

You will collaborate across Stripe and with external partners to deliver reliable, high-quality integrations. You will drive launches, define requirements, and coordinate across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Sales, and Support to

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant product-management/engineering experience with ownership of a high-quality product at scale.
Experience setting product strategy and driving execution across cross-functional teams or a complex product area.
Ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to define success metrics and prioritize.
Strong technical judgment and fluency working with API-based products and integrations.
Experience engaging enterprise users and external technology partners, translating their needs into clear product decisions.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution for a portfolio of strategic apps and integrations.
Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Management.
Define requirements, APIs, documentation, and quality standards for integrations.
Establish feedback loops and measurement plans to improve adoption and revenue outcomes.
Represent Stripe’s strategy with enterprise partners and internal stakeholders.
