Stripe is seeking a Product Manager to own the long-term vision and strategy for a pillar in the Payments organization. You will work with engineers, designers, and legal teams to shape product experiences that scale globally and impact Stripe revenue.

The role emphasizes customer empathy, collaboration with partners, and driving metrics-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment. Office-based in Seattle, with flexible arrangements possible depending on team needs.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of product management experience (not including internships)
• Experience in payments/fintech/financial infrastructure
• Proven track record partnering with engineers, designers and external partners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities with metrics and experiments
• Experience aligning multiple stakeholders on joint roadmaps
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, autonomous environment
• Background delivering multi-quarter roadmaps and influencing stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term vision and strategy for your pillar and create a compelling roadmap
• Build deep user empathy with merchants and financial partners to influence Stripe roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal and other teams to shape product experiences
• Ensure a reliable, performant platform with APIs and low latency
• Use metrics and analytics to measure product impact on revenue and conversions
