Zusammenfassung

Xometry seeks a Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems to connect order-to-cash and procure-to-pay with a strong accounting mindset. You will translate finance needs into PRDs, work with ERP partners, and drive end-to-end deployment and controls.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Finance and Accounting to deliver compliant, scalable workflows, with autonomous ownership and measurable automation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product, program or project management experience with finance focus.
• 4+ years in an accounting related role such as book keeping, staff accounting or audit.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and SOX controls.
• Experience with major ERP and subledgers; ability to translate finance needs into system requirements.

Aufgaben

• Identify, define, and prioritize features that matter for financial workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Legal to ensure aligned launches.
• Own release enablement, documentation, SOPs, and training for adopted features.
• Design policy-driven workflows and ensure journal entries are correctly recorded.
