Job summary

BILL is seeking a Staff Product Manager on the Payments and Financial Services team to own the rewards platform across card products, shaping how customers earn, manage, and redeem rewards.

You will lead a cross-functional effort to migrate to real-time, API-driven services, collaborate with Data/AI, Finance, Risk, and Legal, and drive growth through tailored offers and lifecycle incentives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with rewards platforms.
• Deep fluency in rewards economics, including interchange and margin effects.
• Zero-to-one platform delivery experience across multiple consumers.
• Strong product craft with clear PRDs and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Replit, Gemini or Perplexity).
• Leadership of cross-functional programs across engineering, data, finance, marketing.
• Experience at a loyalty/rewards SaaS or sophisticated rewards program.
• Familiarity with event-driven or real-time data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the 3-year vision and roadmap for BILL's Rewards Platform.
• Lead the transition to automated, real-time rewards management.
• Build services consumable via APIs for multiple product teams.
• Partner with Data and AI teams to deliver personalized rewards experiences.
• Work with Finance and Ledger to ensure accurate rewards liability accounting.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal on regulatory standards.
• Act as the single-threaded owner of the Rewards Platform across departments.
