Job summary

BILL in San Jose, CA seeks a Staff Product Manager for the Rewards Platform to own how customers earn, manage, and redeem rewards across card products. You will shape the 3-year vision, drive an automated, real-time engine, and partner with Data, AI, Finance, and Risk to ensure scalable, compliant rewards experiences.

You will influence senior leaders, write clear PRDs, and deliver a platform used by Spend, AP Card, and virtual card teams. Strong API-centric mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building rewards or loyalty platforms at scale.
• Ability to define problems, architecture direction and drive adoption.
• Strong product craft with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate discovery or prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the 3-year vision and roadmap for BILL's Rewards Platform.
• Lead the transition to an automated, real-time rewards engine.
• Build platform services consumable by multiple internal product teams.
• Partner with Data, AI, Finance, Risk, and Legal to ensure regulatory and financial soundness.
• Act as owner of the Rewards Platform across multiple orgs and partners.
