Job summary

Kard Financial, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Data & Platform to lead two established teams—Data and Engineering Enablement. You will shape bets, turn technology into customer value, and coach others to raise the quality of product thinking.

In this senior IC role, you will work with business and customer-facing leaders to define strategy, enable real-time decisioning at scale, and deliver high-impact, measurable outcomes for Kard.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technically complex data, ML, or platform products across multiple teams.
• A track record of turning data or foundational technology into measurable customer and commercial value.
• Fluency across data platforms, governance, ML lifecycles, batch/real-time serving, APIs, cloud infra, and developer platforms.
• Strong discovery and shaping skills with technical users and business stakeholders.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, lift or incrementality and partnering with data scientists.
• Understanding marketplace economics and marketer outcomes; direct adtech experience not required.
• Ability to align executives and ICs toward a shared direction while challenging assumptions with constructive tradeoffs.
• Entrepreneurial judgment with durable thinking about scale, security, privacy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a coherent strategy for Kard’s data and platform capabilities.
• Lead shaping with engineering, data, and business partners through Shape Up; define outcomes and success metrics.
• Turn data, ML, and platform capabilities into products and business opportunities across stakeholders.
• Advance the offer platform intelligence, including personalization and measurement across systems.
• Define reusable capabilities for offer decisioning and integrations; collaborate with customer-facing PMs.
• Treat data and developer platforms as products; improve self-service, reduce friction, and measure impact.
