Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management with ownership of technical, multi‑team initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
• Proven track record building risk/fraud decisioning strategies with loss and/or false‑positive outcomes.
• Collaborates with data science / ML teams to productionize models and reason about features and trade-offs.
• Experience with data vendors and data pipelines for decisioning.
• Strong fluency in real-time/streaming decisioning, APIs, data infra, and experimentation.
• Quantitative rigor with analytics and A/B testing to size opportunities and prove impact.
• Experience in payments, fraud, risk, or another high-scale financial domain.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the number: set and deliver strategy to achieve loss reduction and insult-rate reduction across bill payment and payroll risk.
• Decide how models, rules, and signals combine to approve good transactions and stop bad ones in real time.
• Expand the data foundation by evaluating and integrating new data vendors and internal sources.
• Build counterparty risk signals for payees, vendors, employees, and contractors.
• Advance real-time, AI-native decisioning with latency, reliability, explainability, and guardrails.
• Own the scoreboard: report loss rates, false positives, approvals, lift, and latency; align leaders on trade-offs.
• Align across data science, engineering, risk policy, compliance, and operations; set delivery timelines.
