Job summary

BILL is redefining how merchants unlock value through real-time rewards on BILL's Payments platform. The Staff Product Manager will own the Rewards Platform, driving vision, architecture, and adoption across engineering, data, and finance, aligning to card economics and LTV goals.

You will work with cross-functional teams to shift from batch processes to an automated engine, enabling configurable rewards, partner integrations, and AI-driven personalization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with rewards/platform experience.
• Deep fluency in rewards and card economics.
• Track record of zero-to-one platform delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Replit, Gemini, Perplexity).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the 3-year vision and roadmap for BILL's Rewards Platform.
• Lead the end-to-end transition to an automated, real-time platform.
• Build rewards platform services consumable via APIs by multiple internal teams.
• Partner with Data and AI teams to develop dynamic, personalized rewards experiences.
• Ensure accurate rewards liability accounting, breakage modeling, and financial reporting.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to meet regulatory standards.
• Act as the single-threaded owner of the Rewards Platform across multiple functions.
