Grow Therapy, based in New York, is looking for a Product Manager for their Payments Experience team. You will own the product vision and strategy to enhance user trust and simplify payments in mental health care.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of product management experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to user empathy. Grow Therapy offers comprehensive benefits including health coverage, flexible PTO, and wellness support.
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others.
One of the biggest barriers to accessing mental health care today is cost uncertainty and financial constraints. As the Product Manager for Grow’s new Payments Experience team, you will own a charter focused on building a best-in-class experience that gives clients confidence to start and continue care. You will define the product vision and lead a roadmap that transforms one of the most frustrating aspects of healthcare into a meaningful differentiator for Grow. This is an opportunity to turn complexity into clarity and create an experience that clients trust. Working closely with engineering, design, data, and operations, you will have the strategic ownership to define what best-in-class truly means in a space where no competitor has fully solved the problem.
Research shows that some groups hesitate to apply unless they meet every qualification. If you’re excited about this role but don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply. At Grow, we value diverse experiences, transferable skills, and the unique strengths each person brings.
