Job summary

Pantheon Systems, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead monetization and billing in the product. You will own the infrastructure that translates pricing into customer experience, driving upsell, expansion, and revenue retention.

Expect to mentor other PMs and partner with Finance, RevOps, and Sales on pricing decisions. You’ll measure success by NRR, expansion, and churn reduction, shaping the monetization strategy across self-serve, sales-assisted, and enterprise motions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in pricing, packaging, monetization, or billing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience designing partner, channel, or reseller pricing models.
• Direct experience with subscription billing platforms (Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe Billing).
• Familiarity with usage-based pricing and metering/entitlement tools.
• Working knowledge of CRM and quote-to-cash tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Demonstrated ability to design pricing experiments and use data to inform decisions.
• Proven ability to move revenue outcomes: NRR, expansion, churn reduction.

Responsibilities

• Own net revenue retention (NRR) for the WebOps Platform and drive expansion and upsell.
• Own and report on key metrics: NRR, expansion revenue, partner-sourced revenue.
• Collaborate on pricing and packaging strategy across self-serve, sales-assisted, and enterprise motions.
• Own roadmap for billing and metering platform including invoicing and entitlements.
• Ensure billing, CRM, and quote-to-cash systems align with pricing changes.
• Reduce revenue leakage through billing improvements.
• Build monetization mechanisms with Partner, Sales, and Finance on terms.
• Track market trends in SaaS pricing and billing to spot opportunities.
• Mentor other PMs on growth initiatives and pricing best practices.
• Communicate strategy and trade-offs clearly to leaders across Product, Finance, and GTM.
