You will lead a product team across healthcare data domains, define data models, and apply AI to improve data quality and accessibility for multiple clinical and operational use cases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, leading data platforms
• Experience defining strategy for multi-consumer platforms
• Strong healthcare data knowledge: claims, EHR data, and clinical formats
• Ability to define canonical data models and drive adoption
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the longitudinal patient record across programs
• Architect unified patient view by linking encounters, providers, and artifacts
• Develop data standards to ensure accuracy, traceability, and completeness
• Lead AI-enabled data processing improvements while ensuring reliability of outputs
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical teams, and operations to translate requirements into specs
• Measure data quality, adoption, and impact on outcomes across teams
• Drive cross-functional delivery without direct reporting lines
