Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Data and Internal Products based in the United States. You will own the vision for internal data platforms and data-intensive systems, collaborating with engineering, data science and analytics teams to translate technical needs into actionable roadmaps.

This remote-first role focuses on reliability, scalability, and usability of internal datasets and tools, with responsibilities spanning data pipelines, data models, and shared services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience with big data products and internal tools.
• At least 1 year in a Series B/C startup; current role at a startup.
• Background in technical roles (engineer/data scientist).
• Production-level data pipelines: ingestion, cleaning, modeling.
• Familiarity with Python and AWS.
• Hands-on with Spark/Databricks/BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift.
• Strong data architecture, pipelines, and modeling knowledge.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, analytics.
• Experience coordinating large internal initiatives and dependencies.
• Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technology initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve data assets, platforms, and services.
• Modernize internal data and infrastructure to scale with business needs.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and analytics to define use cases.
• Manage prioritization across internal demands and dependencies.
• Coordinate complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Support data pipelines, data models, and internal tooling for analytics/ML workflows.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
