Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for the Longitudinal Patient Record. You will own a unified view of patient care across settings, integrating data from hundreds of sources and enabling AI-powered insights.

You will partner with engineering, clinical teams, and data consumers to deliver a trusted, reusable data product. The role requires 8+ years in product management, data platform ownership, and deep healthcare data knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with ownership of a data platform or data product.
• Experience setting strategy for a platform used by multiple internal teams.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data: claims, EHRs, FHIR, ADT.
• Experience defining canonical/master data and driving adoption across teams.
• Ability to work directly in the data: reviewing charts, analyzing discrepancies, validating definitions.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the longitudinal record, identifying high-value problems across products.
• Define how care events and their dates, settings, providers, and facilities are represented consistently.
• Build and maintain a unified record of acute events drawn from ADT, prior authorizations, facility claims, and records.
• Ensure the record serves use cases: point-of-care, quality measurement, risk adjustment, payment integrity, and revenue ops.
• Own patient matching, deduplication, normalization, and terminology mapping for trusted records.
• Drive adoption of canonical fields and definitions; create migration plans per use case.
• Work directly in the data: reviewing charts, investigating discrepancies, running analyses.
