Job summary

Counterpart Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the longitudinal patient record, the unified view of a patient’s care across primary care, specialists, and hospital stays. You will lead the Longitudinal Patient Record pod and collaborate with engineering, clinical teams, and data consumers to improve data quality and usability.

You will define the vision and roadmap for the record, set rules for representing care events, and ensure complete, accurate data supporting quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience owning a data platform or shared data product used by multiple teams.
• Defined product strategy for a platform with many internal consumers and managed trade-offs.
• Deep working knowledge of healthcare data and clinical utility (claims, documents, ADT, lab data).
• Defined canonical/master data and achieved adoption across teams.
• Hands-on data work: reviewing charts, investigations, analyses, validation with real records.

Responsibilities

• Own the longitudinal patient record as the single source of truth across care settings.
• Set vision and roadmap for the longitudinal record and trade-offs among completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and investment.
• Define how events and dates, settings, providers, and facilities are represented and connected to patient history.
• Lead data sources integration, patient matching, deduplication, normalization, and terminology mapping.
• Drive adoption of a canonical data model across engineering, clinical, and operations teams.
