Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager to own platform experiences at the intersection of technology, service design, and operational transformation in education and healthcare. You will drive clinician-to-referral matching, capacity management, and AI-enabled workflows while maintaining strict data privacy and FERPA compliance.

You will partner with engineering, design, and operations to map complex workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management owning complex systems or marketplaces.
• Experience with service design, blueprinting, and user-centered design.
• Ability to design human-in-the-loop workflows and AI-enabled features.
• Experience partnering with operations, enablement, and engineering teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service blueprinting across districts, clinicians, and data flows.
• Conduct discovery with operational teams to map workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
• Define user needs and JTBD, designing tools for non-technical users.
• Architect workflows balancing automation with human decision-support.
• Own product strategy for clinician-to-referral matching and capacity management.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy and lead integration with enterprise platforms.
• Identify AI opportunities while ensuring FERPA compliance and governance.
• Partner with Ops to support implementation, adoption, and feedback loops.
• Define and track outcomes like throughput, fulfillment, and utilization.
• Lead an agile pod with cross-functional stakeholders through delivery.
• Align priorities with senior leadership and roadmap planning.
• Continuously refine workflows based on performance and feedback.
